Thunderbird’s 100 Million Learner Initiative and the Four Fundamental Forces of Leadership

This video blog post discusses the the 100 Million Learner Global Initiative my alma graduate school alma mater, Thunderbird (part of Arizona State University), annouced on January 20, 2022 to deliver a certificate course in global business to 100 million people around the world within the next 10 years for FREE.

Due to the generous gift of Francis and Dionne Najafi, fellow T-Bird alumni, this 5-course program will be delivered to students in 40 different languages with social and cultural context built in so it communicates in the frequency of the student.

This effort will bring global mindsets to so many peoeple and put them on the path towards maximizing their potential.

I love that this initiative, as well as Thunderbird in general, is based on the Four Fundamental Forces of Leadership - Love, Respect, Service and Fun. I discuss how the initiative uses those forces and discuss how you can look at your organization to see if you can find ways to create greater impact like Thunderbird is.
