I’ve spoken with so many leaders who lament and complain about how difficult it is to communicate with the newer Millennial and Gen Z generations. They find these younger employees entitled, lazy, disloyal and disconnected.
However, I seem to remember Baby Boomers and the Greatest Generation leaders saying similar things about Gen Xers when I was coming up.
