Einstein was a smart guy, wasn’t he?

"We can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." - Albert Einstein

Think about that. There's a problem. Going through the same thought processes and doing the same things the same way expecting a different result is not a way of solving that problem.

The fundamental force of Respect is defined as seeing again. I also say "to see differently".

Challenge yourself to think differently. Have others challenge us and our preconceptions in a way that helps us become better is critical to growing and becoming more effective (this is the force of Service).

Be open to ways to challenge yourself. Get a coach/advisor. Go to some seminars to learn new things. Do things that force you to think whether what you are doing is the best thing, even if you decide it's best to stay your course. Practice Respecting regularly.

You'll feel much better about yourself, your opportunities and where you are going.
